" Stephen Constantine is a fine example of someone who, through
hard work, perseverance and study, achieved significant status in
football as a national coach. I am sure he will continue to achieve
success in India and elsewhere and we'll be keeping a close eye
on his future progress."
Les Reed, Former Technical Director of the English FA
" Stephen Constantine joined AEL FC in July 1996 and was a
member of our youth Development programme until December 1997. His
duties were to coach our youth side arranging practices, scouting
and providing a liaison with our junior sides as well as our reserve
team. Stephen also had responsibility for our first team Goalkeepers.
His determination and sheer persistence working with our Youth
sides provided the players with an invaluable education that will
stay with them throughout their careers. The fact that a number
of these players went on to represent the first team and their national
side speaks volumes about Stephen’s qualities as a coach.
Producing good young players is our chief objective at youth level.
It was a reflection of the extent to which Stephen helped achieve
these goals that the youth teams presented Stephen with a commemorative
plaque in his last game in charge.
I would highly recommend Stephen to any club or organisation that
wants to achieve success on or off the field. He will be an asset
to any club that he works for."

"I am writing in my capacity as Chairman of the Combined Services
Football Association in Cyprus to highlight to future prospective
employers the sterling coaching support provided by Mr Steve Constantine
to military football in Cyprus.
In my time as Chairman, he has been involved in providing outstanding
practical help and guidance to my own army and royal air force coaches,
and in preparing our sides for competition at the very highest standards.
He has also played an important role in helping run the English
FA Coaching Course, working with the best military coaches from
the UK. In all his activities, he has conducted himself in a totally
professional manner and has consistently achieved admirable results.
I would have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Mr Steve
Constantine, to any future employer, for any coaching position within
their organisation. Should you require any further information or
details, please do not hesitate to contact me immediately.

"I have known Stephen Constantine since my retirement from
the RAF on 21 October 1993. I have observed him working as a professional
Football Association Coach at Schoolboy, Youth and Senior Professional
League levels. He, together with his wife Lucy and daughter Paula,
have become personal family friends over this period of time.
I have personally worked closely with him, both as Staff Director
of Coaching on English Football Association Qualifying Coaching
Courses and as the Team Coach for the Royal Air Force Representative
XI in Cyprus. The example he has set to fellow coaches, players
and officials has been excellent in all respects. His opinions and
knowledge, due to his experience in the game of soccer, being widely
respected.
He is both outgoing and self-assured. His confidence in his own
abilities is well-earned, having enjoyed a playing career at a high
level in England, Cyprus and the United States. He has also gained
extremely high coaching qualifications - UEFA A Licence and the
English Football Association Full Licence.
These professional assets are backed up by his total dedication
to football. There is no doubt that his boundless enthusiasm for
the game is quite outstanding in all respects. Moreover, he is always
ready to put duty before self-interest - something sadly lacking
in society today.
In short, Stephen is an excellent Football Association Coach as
well as a first-class family man and citizen in all respects. His
complete honesty and trustworthiness, together with his loyalty
are unquestionable. I would be more than pleased to work with him
as a fellow coach at any level of the game in the future.
He is a valuable asset to football at any level and in any country.
