www.stephenconstantine.co.uk is a website for the national manager of the Indian Football Team. Born and bred in England, Stephen has, for over a decade, enjoyed a coaching career that has taken him to three continents – Europe, the USA and Asia.

Stephen began his
coaching career in the USA with the Pioneers of C.W. Post. Working
as assistant coach to Paul Riley, he played an instrumental part
in leading them to the E.C.A.C. finals where they finished runners-up. Determined to progress
as a coach, he completed various US Soccer Federation coaching
courses and, in 1991, was awarded the B Licence. Still only 29,
was appointed Director of Youth for the New York Freedoms. He
promptly led their under-16s to the divisional title in the Cosmopolitan
League. This success led to an invitation to join the Cosmopolitan
League coaching staff for their select teams.
